Our faith is centered around the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as accounted in Scripture. We believe the Bible is God’s Word, and we teach it as the ultimate authority of our faith. We follow core values to help us grow in our relationships with Him and with one another, as well as bring the Truth to those outside of our walls.
We are committed to teaching the Bible in a thorough, honest and creative manner called biblical exposition. We know that when God’s Word is applied to our lives, we cannot help but be transformed by the Spirit of God.
We use a variety of worship styles and methods in order to inspire genuine Christ centered worship. It is our hope that people of all ages and backgrounds feel the freedom to meet with God in a way that speaks specifically to them.
In His Word, God talks about asking as a means to receiving. As a church, we place great value on calling upon God and spending time with Him in prayer.
In the Christian life, joy comes not from simply following rules, but by developing a growing relationship with the Lord. It is by grace we are saved, and by the same grace we have hope for living a life of godliness. We want everyone who passes through our doors to know that they have freedom in Christ to live according to God’s ways.
We promote an environment where people feel safe and comfortable expressing genuine love and concern for one another in healthy relationships. We sincerely hope that strong bonds are formed within our congregation, and we encourage mutual support for each other without the fear of judgment.
Upon developing a relationship with God, we are called to obey God and His Word. We want our body to have a healthy motivation to walk in loving obedience, not shame. We want to foster an environment where people are met by God and prompted by His Spirit to follow His commands.
